Furiendsday - Jza Jza

Introducing our playful furiend from over the water... Jza Jza!

Mummy tells us that Little Jza Jza lives in a place called France. She lives where our Mummy used to live when she was little. Jza Jza lives there with her Mummy, Scarlet. Scarlet is Mummy's step sister.

Jza Jza was born in May, this year. That makes her a year younger than Nishiko and Me. As you can see she is black and white, with a cute little black smudge under her nose. All her paws are dark like ours except for one pink paw.

Her favorite toy is a white fluffy cat! She also enjoys Ham... Yum Yum!

Nishiko and Me thinks she is a very lucky Kitizen because from what Mummy has told us about where she lives, she has a lot of places to explore inside and out! She has a huge house to play hide and seek in with lots of rooms. Her garden is as big as a field!

Da da! This is my attempt at escaping the house... again. Mummy and Daddy have had to remove the curtain from the window since my great escape over a month ago, so I have had to figure out an alternative and this is what I have come up with. Although I need a bit more practice at it...

The Nishiko Show...

Meow to all Kitizens and Citizens... Welcome to The Nishiko Show!
 Today's show is about Me, me and... more me!... hmmm, now what have I been up to lately? Well, I've been sleeping lots and eating lots and spending lots of time looking cute.

I've been playing with My Dear Xanthe and My Dear Xanthe has been chasing me and beating me up, but don't worry, I've done my share back to her!

I've got some new toys and... We got some new climbing blocks! They are really good! Mummy and Daddy will throw our play balls on top of them and then My Dear Xanthe and Me will go and climb the blocks and catch the balls! It's great fun and very tiring, but fun. I'll ask Mummy if she can post some videos of us later in the week.

Let Me Show You

So I've been naughty. But Mummy and Daddy are happy to have me back and I didn't get much of a telling off just lots of cuddles.

But this is how I did it...

I climbed the curtain again, then leaped to the window sill and then pulled myself up to jump out. Of course the photo above was taken a few days before when the window was closed. Here is another of me on top of the curtain...

What a Week!

OMC! It's been a strange week.

First, My Dear Xanthe decided to explore the outside world. She escaped through a window in the bedroom which Mummy and Daddy forgot was left open. I've not seen Mummy and Daddy so upset. They kept going outside in the dark looking for her and coming back without her. Mummy kept crying. Daddy was looking up ways to find her on his flat screened coloured box. Meanwhile I was trying to make them happy by being silly and running around the house chasing toys and cuddling up to them. I was doing my cute look on Daddy's chair too...

Don't I look cute? Mummy thinks I look cute like this.

Mummy and Daddy even took me out in the cat carrier to help them look for Xanthe. It was a lot of fun running them both around the park while I was chasing the bugs in the grass!

Xanthe came home early Tuesday morning. I was very angry with her. Not only did she upset Mummy and Daddy so much, she smelt horrible! I hissed at her for the rest of the day. Even after Daddy put her in the bath and she didn't smell so bad, I still hissed at her. She's been very naughty!

It's V.E.T time!

OMC! OMC! OMC! Mummy took us on a scarey trip to the V.E.T on Caturday, but My Dear Xanthe and Me didn't know until we finally got there...

Mummy put My Dear Xanthe and Me into our kitty cages and took us on a big broom broom that could carry lots of people. Mummy called it a bus.

By the time we got off the bus we were absolutely terrified but Mummy said that we had to take another bus before we got to the V.E.T! My Dear Xanthe and Me were not at all happy!

But we did get to the dreaded V.E.T, I did not like our V.E.T at all. She smelt funny so I kept hissing at her while Mummy was holding Me and stroking Me and telling Me it was ok. But the V.E.T did said that we were both very healthy and beautiful kitties. Actually everyone we met along the way to the V.E.T and back home commented on our beauty. I'm just happy that we don't have to go back for a whole year again! Bye bye V.E.T!

We have settled into our new home very nicely.

Mummy has a new job now which seems to be going well. It keeps her away from the house for most of the day and when she gets home she is very tired and goes for a nap.

Mummy has told us that she will try and get back on a blog for us if she has enough energy at the end of the day!

I'm usually a 'Mummy's Girl' but Daddy's lap is quite comfortable and I can watch him play games on his multicoloured flat box he calls a laptop, but in the photos below he keeps it on his table, so doesn't that make it a tabletop?

On Top of that Door...

Nishiko and Me would like to thank all Kitizens who came to our birthday purty. Didn't we have fun? *Purrs*

Now I can get onto that door at most times. The secret? Daddy hangs his coat on the back of that door and so I claw up his coat to get to my favourite perch. He doesn't seem to mind me using his coat, I mean I've had no telling offs for the claw marks I have left on it!

It's Our Birthday and We'll MOL if We Want Too!

We are 1 today! Our first Birthday and we want a purty!

We've recently moved into our new home with Mummy and Daddy. It's a lot bigger than the room we were staying in at the Old Man's home. It's not full of furniture at the moment so we can have a big purty and no have to worry about trashing the place too much and upsetting Mummy and Daddy.

 We have our scratching post back!

 Computers to surf the net with and start blogging again...

 A place for food...

 And a place to...

 There are some high places to perch on...

And places to rest...

So feel free to come along and pop in to say meow, we have toys and meat!
